The Ringamala cattle are an old breed of cows. It is a dairy cattle breed used for milk production.
The strain is out of Sweden. It’s known in Swedish as Ringamålako.
The Ringamala cattle are medium to large creatures. They are red in color. But spotted animals do also occur.
Both bulls and cows have horns. Along with their horns are medium in size and upwards curved.
The bulls approximately 750 kg on average weight. And normal bodyweight of these cows is around 500 kg.

Ringamala cows are a dairy cows strain. They are used for milk production.
Ringamala cows are great for milk production. And the number of the strain is less, now, although they were more popular for milk production in the past.
Presently there are a few figures readily available, and also the gene lender herds that are little are strictly controlled from the Peasant Cattle Society.
History and Origin
The Ringamala cows breed originated from the village of Ringamala.
And the creatures are descended from Swedish Red cattle and the Ayrshire.
They’ve been kept isolated from dairy cattle breeds for several years.
And now, there are approximately 50 to 100 head of Ringamala cattle and the small gene bank herds are rigorously controlled from the Föreningen allmogekon (Peasant Cattle Society).
