The Romosinuano cows are a beef cows breed that are mainly used for meat production.
It is a native cow breed to Colombia which created from the Sea of northern Colombia.
Romosinuano cows are a moderate-sized creature with red-brown color. They are naturally polled bulls and cows.
The strain is somewhat more compact compared to the Costeño con Cuernos.
The bulls on average weight approximately 500 kg. And bodyweight of these cows is approximately 400 kg.

The Romosinuano cattle are of good behavior. They’re also noted for their nature and adaptation.
Romosinuano lines exist in both Costa Rica and Venezuela. For cross-breeding at the hopes of improving cattle production in Florida and comparable conditions, Along with the traces are imported.
The name of the breed derives from the fact that the strain is polled (romo), and also the place where they originated in from the Sinú River valley (sinuano). It’s also referred to as Moruno-Sinuano, as Coastal Polled.
The Romosinuano cattle originated through the late 1800s.
They’re a criollo type animal, developed from the horned Costeño con Cuernos breed of Spanish origin.
It’s still not known whether the polled trait is an independent mutation within the Costeño con Cuernos or when there have been Angus or Red Poll bloodstream introduced.
Now the breed is used for beef production.
